Hump Day Pics Of The Week – 61
It’s time to pick the Hump Day Pics Of The Week. Again, thanks goes out to the contributors to the Suburban Assault Flickr Pool.
I remember the first time I heard the term “give me a pump.” (waits for all the 8th grade jokes to run through your head). We had just moved to Texas and were breaking out the bikes from their long haul across the country.
When we met up with some neighborhood kids, one had asked me for a “pump.” Not wanting to disappoint my new friends, I immediately rode home to my garage, dug around and returned with the family’s bicycle air pump. I got a huge laugh – especially since the boy asking wasn’t even on a bike. As a tribute to the days of giving friends rides on your handlebars (or anywhere on your bike), today’s Hump Day theme will be “Give Me A Pump” (a.k.a. Passengers Part 3).
I hope you enjoy this set and check back each week to see what shots get picked. Be sure to check out the Flickr page to see all the awesome bike shots shared by our extremely talented contributors.

Aaaaaahh ya. This use to be the sole purpose to get trick pegs when I was younger.
