Suburban Assault

Some Pics From The Past Week

with 3 comments

I’ve got lots of stuff to write about, but not enough time to do it. For now, I’ll just post a few pics from around my hood.

Coming Soon - Alamo Drafthouse - Richardson, Texas

We NEED more places like this around here. Can’t wait until they’re open.

This ended up being a double rainbow. My Camera sucks.

Detour - Kit Lane at Maham Road

On doing a recon of this detour, I discovered a new route.

So glad nature is finding its way back into the ‘burbs.

Route Artifact 0146

I’ve lived in Texas most of my life and this is the closest thing to a tumbleweed that I’ve ever seen.

  2. You obviously need to go west of Amarillo, you poor, tumbleweed-deprived child!

    • Haha! Actually, that’s suburban/city child.

It just cracks me up because folks that I meet, that are not from Texas, always assume it’s like the old westerns – with cowboys, horses and tumbleweeds.
